Can you by looking at this house approximate how much insulation is in the attic?

Are there other homes like this modular in the neighborhood ?? Ask one of the neighbors re: the company that built the homes, and the insulation value ( if the neighbor knows ). Also, have you looked in a closet for the attic access inside of the home - that is sometimes where the opening for the crawl space is located. Worse comes to worse, perhaps someone has a long ladder you can use to view into the outside vents to see inside of the attic
