Does the INTEL GMA 950 GRAPHICS have a 3d accelerator???

Yes i think, can play Halo:Combat Evolved on high settings, DX10 (Vista). But it doesn't have hardware vertex shaders, so it isn't very good for halflife2 games, e.g. Portal.
