Got my period for the 2nd time this month...?

and im in a lot of pain. underline a lot. not just normal cramps but in my whole abdominal area. its really heavy too and it is usually normal or light. plus its hurting really bad to put a tampon in but im guessing that's because im having to change them so much... please help.
