Possible to move phone number to Alltel from Verizon?

They can not switch because they are in the middle of a merge. Technically they are not exactly the same company fully. It would be very dumb of the company to go off the buyer onto the incoming company and then switch back. I hope I helped. Is your phone compatible with Alltel. That may be another reason. Alltel will merge eventually. Switching wouldn't be the best decision.
