Why did Luci Baines Johnson (daughter of President LBJ) have to undergo a second rite of baptism?

when converting to Roman Catholicism? I thought that the Nicene Creed states "and I believe in ONE baptism for the remission of sins." Wasn't her initial baptism as an Episcopalian sufficient?
