Titles help plz!!!!!!!!!!!?

well v will b having our farewell party 2morrow and we are supposed to give titles to our principal in the form of shair/s as a tribute to them.Still, I hv not got the shair/s for the owner of our school and her wife who is the directress of ou r school.They both are very sweet people.So, all the indian fellows please post some beautiful and respectful shair for both of them separately in urdu.I am so worried.Plz help me out soon with very serious answers.Waiting desperately for ur answers.CHINKY!!!!.( plz shair/s in urdu)
