Can anyone help me (serious, please)?

In a really bad relationship situation that goes well beyond the norm. I can't sleep, I don't want to eat, and I'm terrified that the only way to get through to her finally is to leave her for good and forever, then she will finally see what I have said and been for her was real. I would just appreciate some words of encouragement. I came here because there are still some who believe in a higher being. I'm not asking for His help out of desperation, it's out of repentance and wanting to share my burden because it has become quite a bit more than I can bear on my own. Little help?
