Dream Interpretation Help?

25 yrs ago I met a man. We instantly "knew" each other at that first meeting. We dated a bit, he graduated before me, moved away for work and eventually married someone and had 4 kids. I eventually married someone and had 2 kids. Two weeks before he married-he visited, said she was pregnant, he always would love me & and we made love 1 last time. Since then,we've kept in touch periodically but kept it platonic - never met in person. Always, when I think of him, he calls. When he thinks of me, I come to him in his dreams as a mentor/lover. He recently had an illness caused him to rees his life/marriage. I had just filed for divorce. Now he says dreams of me almost every night as mentor/lover. I feel his energy merge w/ mine like a magnet when I dream. Lately both of our dreams have become as well. When we compared details,commonalities were: white colors, no speaking just intuitive knowing, in his, he goes down on me - in mine, I go down on him. What does this mean?
