How can I eat/feel better?

I hate to say this, but you are setting yourself up for a very unhealthy life. You are eating a lot of junk, processed foods. Eating like that without getting exercise leads to being overweight, diabetes, and heart disease. These have ruined your taste for healthy foods. The best way is to just start eating them instead of the junk. Don't eat any more junk. If you really want to change, you will make the effort. Try preparing them different way with different seasonings and stuff. As you eat them more, you will learn to like them. Also, be sure to pay attention to portion sizes.
