How can i turn this guy down without hurting his feelings? and what do i say if he gives me flowers?

ok so this guy goes to school with me...ive been indiferent to him bec i dont like him in that way..but in cl, which he is not even with me, he keeps going to see me..and i dont even talk to him..hes not even really my friend or anything..but he is friends with some of my guy friends..i dont want to be mean to him but he is starting to annoy me since he doesnt get the picture, and im clear that its more than obvious that i dont want anything with him...i think, bec others have told me, thats he's planning to give me flowers for valentines..i really hope he doesnt bec i dont know what i would say...if he does should i give them back?and say what?...or say like thanks, but still say what to make the picture even clearer..oh and by the way the guy is somewhat of a player..not my type at all..i dont know if its bec he isnt used to rejection or what but i need help!
