Is this not the most hypocritical thing you've ever heard?

so yesterday my mom and I were leaving the mall and this teen boy was playing his music extremely loud in the parkinglot. it was hip hop music. this mom and her kids heard it she she shouted "turn that SH!+ down!...... and the guy goes why and she said "b/c i have kids over here! lol....the music wasn't even that bad it was low by flo rida.
