Self Examination Questions?

You are kind of young, but very proactive which is awesome. My little sister, when she was 18 found something similar and when she had a mammogram, they said it was nothing and most of the time, in youth, it is nothing. They said caffeine can cause it. Coincidentally, for religious reason, we dont ingest that, except in chocolate. Anyhow, she has a a hard spot and will check it yearly, but to date, they say it is nothing to fear. I would recommend getting checked by a professional to be certain. Good Luck.
